Daniel Dubois emerged from his war with Fabio Wardley with another world title and a very genuine claim to being the best heavyweight in the country.
Wardley dropped the challenger in the opening 10 seconds of the first round and again in the third in Manchester on Saturday night but was left a beaten, bloody mess when the fight was mercifully stopped by the referee.
