Donald Trump wrote in a midnight social media post that he is “an innocent man who has been horribly treated” as he demanded that the criminal and civil New York cases against him be thrown out and the prosecutors behind them be held “criminally responsible” for what he called their “terrible misdeeds.”
In a lengthy Truth Social post, Trump argued that recent claims by his former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen had discredited the criminal case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and the civil fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
