Trish Haynes was 25 when she stopped all contact with her grandmother, Sandi, after moving in with two friends. Two months later, Trish was reported missing after communication with her, was only coming from her friends. The police found a washer and a dryer submerged at the bottom of a pond, with Trish's remains. They ruled the death a homicide and spent a year trying to investigate before publicly announcing the murder. Nine years on from her disappearance the case remains unsolved and no arrests have been made. Photo released 02/06/2026
