Olly Murs lay exhausted on the ground after ‘putting on a brave face’ for day three of his gruelling Soccer Aid for UNICEF challenge, which he’s finishing with one toenail missing.

He’s traversing 400km (248.5 miles) around the UK’s toughest terrain by foot, bike, and boat for the entire week to raise money for charity.
