World record holder Laughton stuns at City of London Nocturne

A penny farthing enthusiast who set his 12th Guinness World Record on the streets of the City of London insists his latest feat is one of his greatest achievements. Neil Laughton, 62, set a new Guinness World Record for riding the world’s largest penny farthing as he used stilts to pedal a 13ft-tall version past Bank station.
